Opening Keynote - The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority

It was my privilege to deliver the opening keynote for the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority’s “Festival of Wellbeing” at the Energus Centre in the Lake District. This was a great opportunity to set the tone for the day and inspire people to be more intentional about managing their wellbeing. The platform also gave me the opportunity to help leaders better understand the impact that they have on the mental health of their people and the wonderful opportunity of creating a culture of wellbeing and psychological safety in their teams.
